Taqueria El Rincon started with a single griddle, a family recipe notebook, and a simple belief: that the best tacos are the ones made slowly, by hand, with ingredients you can actually taste.
Today we're still doing exactly that — every morning, every salsa, every tortilla. No shortcuts, no frozen shortcuts, no rush. Just food that tastes like someone made it for you.
